ABL Therapists is a limited company registered office address is Eleven Brindley Place, 2nd Floor, 2 Brunswick Square, Birmingham, West Midlands, B1 2LP.

ABL Therapists provide temporary cover to Spa and similar location by supplying qualified beauty and well-being practitioners. ABL Therapists then simply invoice directly for the hours covered. The minimum chargeable rate is 5 hrs. 

The therapists are limited to five hours of massage in one day for the mutual benefit of both our therapist’s well-being and the quality of service provided. But with the consent of the therapist and your acceptance that the treatment quality may diminish an extension may be possible. 

We will charge you £25 is added for provision of same day cover. A cancellation fee of £45 is applicable only if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. A booking administration fee of £10 will apply for all other cancellations. 

ABL Therapists are happy to provide candidates for part-time or full employment. A non-circumvention agreement is in place with our therapist once introduced from working directly for the Spa. Once placed therapists are contracted to us and cannot, therefore, be employed directly by you. 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You should understand that by choosing to use ABL Therapists you agree to bound by these terms and conditions. The contract is made between you and us. 

OUR LIABILITY

We accept no liability for any loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profit or contracts; loss of data; waste of management or office or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind however arising and whether caused by tort ( including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

EVENT OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. (Force Majeure Event). 

Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

TRAVEL EXPENSES 

A small fee for travel expenses will be added if the therapist has to travel some distance.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT 

These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

LAW AND JURISDICTION 

Contracts for the purchase of products or service will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms affect your statutory rights.
